Yes. Sessions last 1–2 hours and are delivered in 5–6 days.
Do I need permits for locations?
Some locations require permits and fees (client responsibility).
Do you keep backups?
Yes, up to 1 year.
Do you provide RAW files?
No, only fully edited high-resolution images.
What if I’m not satisfied?
We’ll review concerns within 30 days and make adjustments if within our control.
When is final payment due?
1 week before the event.
Are deposits refundable?
No, unless due to emergencies.
Are there any filming restrictions?
Yes. DJ laser lights prevent filming and may damage equipment.
