What do your full-day packages include?
Professional photography and videography at up to four locations. Additional locations may incur a fee.

When will I receive my photos and video?
Photos: 4-5 weeks
Video: 2–3 months

How many photos and how long is the video?
400–700 edited photos and a 2–3 hour video.

Do you offer engagement or pre-event sessions?
Yes. Sessions last 1–3 hours and are delivered in 5–6 days. Book at least 2 months in advance.

Do I need permits for locations?
Some locations require permits or fees (client responsibility).

How long will my gallery be available?
6 months. We recommend downloading your files immediately.

Do you keep backups?
Yes, up to 1 year (guaranteed access for 6 months).

Do you provide RAW files?
No, only fully edited high-resolution images.

What if I’m not satisfied?
We’ll review concerns within 30 days and make adjustments if within our control.

When is final payment due?
1 week before the event. Editing starts after full payment.

Are deposits refundable?
No, unless due to emergencies.

Are there any filming restrictions?
Yes. DJ laser lights prevent filming and may damage equipment.

Do you take breaks?
We take a 30-minute dinner break unless a meal is provided.
